Howdy,

For those of you having problems signing up for TEST there is a little catch to it, which may be part of the problem you are having. Try doing the following steps. Hopefully this will help!

1. You must be "Totally" logged out of TT. (""Important"" Log out and close all browers windows)

2. Then you re-open your TT site. (As if you were going to play TT. NOTE: You should be at the Main TT Web Page)

3. Click on Log-In (Just like you normally would do to sign-in and play TT) This will take you to your normal Log-In Page. But "STOP" "WAIT" "DO-NOT' log-in "Yet". Do-Not enter your Password! ("Very Important", not to LOG-IN yet!)

4. Now look for the TEST "Sign-Up Here" link " (It is about Mid-Way down page) Click on the "Sign-Up Here" link. This will take you back to the very same Log-In page.

5. "NOW you "LOG-IN". Enter your User Name & Password, (Just as you would normally do to sign-in and play TT). The next page should be the Tester Info. Page.

6. Follow the instructions a click "Sign Me Up". The next page you see, should give you a confirmation that you have been added to the Tester list. "YEEHAW"

The problem most people are having (friends that I have referred to sign-up for Test) is they Log-In prior to clicking the Test Sign-Up link. This usually takes them to the Trial Account Sign-up rather than the Test Sign-Up.

I dont know its been since early 2006 when I signed up and I didn't get an email and when I go to the test website and log in it works but it says I need to subscribe and I pay for Toontown already and it says I need to update and so I did and when I went back and logged in it said the same thing and the weird thing is is that I never got an email saying I got accepted to play Toontown Test which by me is realy weird but what do I do?

Sorry for the bump but...they only send you an e-mail when the number of testers are low,according to the staff on livechat.

Yes, being a tester does not affect your open account, and you do have to continue to keep it .
