Under the Hood.
There have been a few toons out there asking about the programming language of Toontown and I have enjoyed talking about it with my limited knowledge. It is a powerful in-house designed engine combined with C++. I won't go into the nuts and bolts, but you can read a brief synopsis of the Panda3D engine and the parts that are associated with it.
