Cannot find server?
Anyone else haveing a prob getting into test right now? 6:33 est

YES! YES! YES! Many other people are having the same problem. This is like the 3rd thread I have seen about this. LOL I don't think we know how to fix it yet.
Oh, yeah, and, it works fine for me, I don't know what is with yalls computers.

I had a problem with one of my computers last night and had to do an IP renew to make it work. Maybe it will work for you.
Close out your browser. Run a DOS window (Start---->Run cmd) type: IPCONFIG /RELEASE IPCONFIG /RENEW Start a new browser.

On second thought, I had a different solution last night. My machine was having trouble finding the right address for the test server, so I figured out what it was from another computer and typed it in directly.
To do this, go to the address bar above where you usually see http://play.test.toontown.com, click once and enter the following numbers with no http or anything. Hit enter. 199.181.133.82 This is the address I am getting for the test server right now and this may not work later on.

Can only get in with Dialup - weird
Must be something with DNS - but ive change my router dns and still can get in with dsl-

I have been trying to get on the test server since 12/30, still with no luck. I can't get to the web page (URL). I have disabled my firewall and pop up blocker. I'm a computer geek sort of and have tried on my other computers and different operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 2000 and even Windows 98) and still no luck. Has anyone figured this out???

Yes, I have reported this bug to Disney and we have been playing email tag. I think that the problem is because I am behind a router. I noticed a problem when I traced the route that my request takes over the internet and just sent that to Disney. I can ping the address of the server (199.181.133.82) and get a reply, but when I trace the route there is a time out along the way. There is probably a port that I need to open to allow access to the server, but I don't know which one. I will let everyone know the outcome. I really miss the test server.

I have trouble shooted it down to my specific router- my netgear 814 gives me the prob, i can get in wiht netgear 624, but then get disconnected all the time in open -
what router are you using? also, it is specifically account.test.toontown.com with the test.toontown.com redirects to that wont load -

I have a linksys router and I am pretty positive that it is the problem. I probably have to open a few incoming ports, and the problem will be solved. I just don't know which ones. No matter how I try to get to the server (IP address, try to open the game from the program file, or click on the icon) I get the page cannot be displayed. A real bummer.
