New to test - problems getting on
We also got the word last night that we are on test. Hurray! only took a couple of weeks for us too.
We are having trouble getting on though. I assumed it was down but I see others have been on. We get the black screen when we log in. It says to submit a bug report when it does that, but for the life of me I can not see how to do that! Any ideas for me? If I have to uninstall how do I do that? We will be wanting SFS so if I ever get on we can get some code trading going. See ya! |

Uninstall test and reinstall it. That solves the issue most of the time. If not, we can try to debug it for you.

OK, I think I need to be talked through this. I tried to uninstall but it looks like mybe it never got installed. Nothing is there is the program files. Here is what is happening. I went to the test site and logged in.Up came the black screen that says loading. I let it run for a couple of hours and nothing happened. When I went back to the site it did not ask me to log in (Open asks every time). Any ideas?

Do you have XP's SP2 installed on your computer? I know that when you do it asks you to install an ActiveX control, which will pop up for verification at the top of your screen. If you walked away from your computer, you might not have seen that to authorize it to go ahead and install.

I have a similar problem with open and for the life of me cant figure out why I can't get into open simpy by double clicking my desktop short cut. The only way I can get into open now is to type in www.toontown.com. I'm going to suggest you try typing in this and see if it works. http://play.test.toontown.com/webHome.php

If your computer isn't allowing pop ups that could be the problem as well.
Had the same problem when i started, had to turn mine off.

OK - we got on. So we will see you around test. My kids are into the Unfortunate Events series so our toons will all have names based on that (assuming they are approved)
