Problem on test

I have submitted several bug reports on this. If I am the only one having this problem, I would like to know. Ok, here it is. Whenever I try to take a screen shot I get the old message that "toontown online has encountered a problem and needs to close." Thus getting booted from the game. This started when monkeys came out. And it is only on test. Open works fine.

So far I have gotten nothing from Disney about this. That's why I wondered if I was the only one with the problem.

Yeah, there was another thread about it here somewhere.
Are you running in a window or full screen, I think it only happens in windowed mode.
They are aware of that bug though, I gather they haven't fixed it yet then.. Lol.
It doesn't happen to me, make sure you give them your graphics card specs when you submit the report.

Thanks a lot. I tried it and it doesn't happen full screen. Hope they get it fixed soon. I much prefer playing windowed.

As a matter of fact I changed to full screen and had not problem, then I changed back to windowed, and it also worked. If anyone is having that problem maybe they should try changing then going back. From windowed to full screen, then back to windowed that is.

Running windowed, and just took a picture of Fats Domino in the Brrrgh. Everything is A-OK here.

After trying to run windowed from the Shticker book and having the same problem, I used the TTC fix....now if I can just find the thread and post it here for you. Ok..found it....

playing test in a window

I found using Snickerdoodle's method has fixed the problem for me. I used this for Open too - but forgot to use it when I first got to Test. Hope it works for you.
