I've given up on using the window option from the book. I still use the old faithful command. Here's what I do:
---> Close Test ---> Click Start, then Run... ---> Copy and paste this in the command line (including quotes): "C:\Program Files\Disney\Disney Online\ToontownTest\configrc" -windowed -save" ---> Press <Enter> ---> Launch Test

This is how I did it before they added the option in the shticker book:
Toontown Windowed (etc.) You'll have to change the path in the shortcuts to go to the test folder though. It'll set ya in windowed mode while toon town is closed. It'll come up in windowed as soon as you start toon town. |
