test is "jerky" when running

I thought this was just me, bad lan, bad internet, something on my end,
but it is not.
I have just asked a few s/f's online and it is happening to them too

when running down the streets it is no longer "smooth" but movement is "jerky" (and annoying)

If you are affected advise you to send bug reports,

it may only be some brands of video cards affected, but we'll let the Dev's sort all that out.
