Just realized!
I have had a test account for 10 months without knowing it lol. I checked e-mails for it weekly but I guess I must've missed it. I called toontown to double check today and I found this out. Well, I don't see any point in working a toon up now. BBHQ is coming on open soon. Atleast I can say I have one!
