Need help from 25 LP or less

Can someone help me with one of their low level toons? I'm close to getting my final laff track (trap) but got stuck with three "for fun" tasks and picked all 3 to be "help a toon under 25 LP beat a building."

Only problem is that I can't FIND a toon under 25 LP. TT Central is deserted and no one else is around.

If you can help me I'd appreciate it. Sammy Tune.
