Lil Oldman help!

Lil Oldman has given me his Caviar Task, if anyone wants to help me with this very hard task to do on test, I'm currently standing outside a cog building on Sleet Street in Test Town.

EDIT: darn it, I ran out of time! I got 1 caviar with the help of a friend, and I'll be back on test on saturday to try again.
