Pick new task bug
I turned in a task on my toon Cool Beanz. I now only have three takes. He can carry four task, but the Toon HQ toon will not let me pick a new task. The toon HQ toon tells me to come back when I have completed a task.
EDIT: Just ignore me... My bad. I was not awake yet. I had not had my first cup of coffee. That particular toon has not got around to finishing his law suit parts tasks. So, false alarm!

Hmmm... only time I have had that is when i am finishing a playground and have done all the required tasks. If that is not it...must be a bug.
