Test question

If you sighn up your account for test, does this put all your toons on test or do you get to decide wich toons go on test and whichtoons don't? Ty.

Test is a totally different thing. When you sign up for test, you need to make a new toon and work on it.

You cannot switch toons from "open" to "test". If you receive a test account (many sign up, few receive) you will start a new toon and play mostly by yourself when your toon is small as it's a fairly quiet place to be.

Test is small and you will need to train alone sometimes(GO UBERS) But we are a tight community and always willing to help friends. And any update is flooded with new toons. Used to be you had to have a maxxed toon on open to even be invited , not the case anymore. You need to make a new toon and go from there, though sometimes during updates, test opens the door to HQ's so you level quicker.

No the maxxed toons has been changed from my understanding, so not sure anymore what level if any is a factor at all, and no extra cost for test, though you need to have a paid open account. Read the thread below, I think most the info still good! My e-mails ended up in my junk mail so make sure TT is a trusted site at your e-mail, and this is stupid but took me forever to figure out, if your name on open is kalan, your name on test is kalan_test. GL!

Ok..I think I get it. So when you get a test account your toons will stay on open but if you delete a toon and make a new one the new toon will be on test. Is that right?

I would really like to do TEST, but i have no clue where to start. and what is it like? Could someone tell me what test is like, because i was reading this post and i really dont get it

No that is not right. On Test you will get 6 new open slots on your test account, it is like having a new account, but this account is only good for test, it has nothing to do with your open account. I hope that this helps you understand it.

The test server is completely free and does not cost anything extra. All you have to do is be chosen. The server has two districts and usually only about 300-500 people are on (that's on a good day). However, you must create all new toons for the test server (yes, starting with Toontown Central all over again), but they do let you try new things if you are still a 15 laffer. For example, I had a 20 laffer that was allowed to do the Chief Justice on test, in the beginning of the testing for that playground, without having to get the suit parts.

Yes, that is what happens. You have 6 toons(slots) on the open server and 6 toons(slots) on the test server. You do not have to delete any toons to be on the test server.

You can't put a test toon on an open account and you can't put an open toon on a test account.

If you create a new toon on test that toon can only be played on test. If you create a new toon on open that toon can only be played on open.

Oh... So it's like having two accounts with ine being free. Do you have to make a new username and password?

They give you a username and password... for example, if your username was abc123 for OPEN, they would give you abc123_test for TEST... and they give you the password, you cannot change it.
