Problems with submitting bug report
Early this arfternoon I was able to submit a bug report.
I have since encountered a couple of more bugs. I have tried to report them but when I hit sent it will not take me to the next page. Has anyone else been having this problem today. It could be my compter, but I wonder why it would work once and then suddenly stop. TIA |

happens to me also
Infuriating.
Had some annoying bugs to report but I forgot them now. Did not write them down. Bummer.

I get this message when trying to submit a bug report:
Request entity too large! The POST method does not allow the data transmitted, or the data volume exceeds the capacity limit. If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster Error 413 play.test.toontown.com Fri Dec 12 07:06:58 2003 Apache when I try to contact the webmaster to let him know, I got this autoresponse from that: The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates are in the process of an e-Mail system upgrade. The person you intended to send this message to may have had their Internet e-Mail address changed, or it may be unavaible for a short time as part of this process. If you feel that you have received this non-delivery notice in error, please contact the intended recipient by phone to confirm their address. LOL, you can't win for trying! I tried to let them know! I really did.

If you have a pop-up blocker, you need to to switch it to allowing pop-ups for it to goto the next page. It will only allow pop-ups for the page, so no need to worry.

Nope, no pop up blocker. I was actually able to submit a bug report WITHOUT a screenshot! I don't understand why the screenie would be too big though. I hadn't messed with it & they all should come in a standard size!
