Losing my mind gardening with insta-grow

I just used my insta grow on my 3 bean toon and all the flowers on my estate bloomed. I KNOW I picked everything and replanted this morning on all my toon's gardens. Just now when I used the Insta-grow the entire estate bloomed! Has it always done this? I don't think it did for me in the past. Is this just a fluke? Is this the way Insta-grow will work in the future (I hope)? Please let me know what your recent experience has been with Insta-grow. Does it just bloom your toon's flowers or for all the toons on your estate.

Sorry if this is off topic but i gotta ask when you buy the insta grow can you only use it once?Or do you get to use it for a while then have to buy another bag after its empty?

To CoolSuperDuck...only my garden grew when I used the fertilizer last week...
crinkletooth...as of right now it can only be used once. Don't know if they have plans to change that in the future

I've bought the insta grow fertilizer every single day (was a late start on Fat Flappy Fumblefuddy as her cattalog didn't get there until the tuesday test came back up) . Only one time has it NOT bloomed my entire estate. The one time it didn't bloom the entire estate, I'd bought it with my toon lemon flop. It only bloomed her flowers.

As for using it more than once, no. It's a one time one use thing.

I have a friends who are using it and not getting the same results that I have been on Fat. It's only blooming one house (toon's) flowers instead of their entire estate.

I sincerely hope they mean for it to bloom the entire estate. 7500 beans for a one time only use bag is too much if it is just supposed to bloom flowers on one toon.

i wasnt clear sorry. the question is does the insta grow usually bloom all flowers on the estate for ALL toons on the estate? I thought it only did for the toon that was using the insta grow.

Oh okay so you can only use it once?Man thats a rip off buy something for 7500 and only use it once.

When the garden first came out... i didnt have the gardening things in my cattlog til 3 days later but Little Pearl had done a few instant grows by the time i tried one... she had told me one day it did whole estate then the next day it did just the toons house who was using it ... maybe they were trying it out and finally made up there mind to let it work the WHOLE estate.. which for 7500 beans it should!!! So it looks like maybe its here to stay...( my new cattlelog came n no instant grow for me so i cant test it out but so far it sounds good because last tuesday it didnt do the whole estate!!

I have used intsa grow several times almost every day and it has never once bloomed my entire estate. I wish!! However at midnight pacific time your gardens grow so maybe it was the time of day you did it?

Once my gardens bloom at midnight Pacific, I dig all the flowers up and replant and water them. When I've finished doing this for all 5 toons, I then use my fertiilzer and it blooms every flower for every toon and grows my trees a little more for every toon. That's why I said 'entire estate'.

There was once time, I think last Friday maybe, that it didn't work. I bought it with lemon flop instead of the toon that usually bought the fertilizer. Once I had the entire estate replanted and watered (all 5 toons worth), I used the fertilizer that flop had bought. Flop's flowers were the only ones to bloom.

I don't know which way it's supposed to work as two of my friends aren't getting their entire estate bloomed with the fert. But I use my fert after replanting following the midnight bloom so I know it's not just the timing thing.

My main gardening toon does not have this "feature."

But, it lost its ability to buy INsta Grow on Thursday, Thursday was the last day I was able to order before the new catalog. I know on Friday its fertilizer did NOT work that way.

I could use the fertilizer on one day, one usage, only my flowers bloomed, only my trees grew.

My toon was a 3 bean planter. Four of the other toons could plant 3 bean gardens, one toon was stil on two bean gardens.

My toon has the statue planted. As do four of the other toons.

All my gardens on my estate are growing. Some of eight tree, some have six trees, some have four trees.

I do not have any cannons on my estate.

I have four doodles. (Thinking of saying bye bye to the two Toontown Central Doodles.)

Fertilizer Question for folks who have Multiple Toons on same account all doing gardening.........

When you fertilize, after having picked and replanted on all Toons, if you watered the other estates as well as your own on the Toon with the fertilizer and then hit the Insta-Grow button... did all estates BLOOM??

If you didn't water any but your own?

Next question....

Trying to calculate and do some comparisons on say my 116 vs my 50 laff and I am scratching my head when looking at the shovel levels when comparing 50 to 110 to 115.... you know the 50 never fertilized- actually I take that back -she got 7500 had 7528 so I did buy it once even on the 50 laffer but how on earth is Miss Green Thumb ahead of Annsley 108? who has much higher earning capacity?? other than being the benefactor of the larger Toons fertilization, it does not seem possible....

Positively on one account I definitely got the benefit estate wide of fertilizer more than once but definitely not each time Recognition or Toontastic fertilized!! WHY NOT? For 7500 your durn tootin the family should ALL benefit lol

BUG or perhaps statues and watering can size a factor ?

Time of day may be a factor- it seemed to work for me when I did it at 11:30pm right before the new growth but now work after however I could be in the same boat with above poster -it may have been a different lower Toon who used it and it didn't work..... I know comparing SHOVEEL stats on 25's and 125's -all Toons of all sizes would be interesting and helpful at this time ..... perhaps another thread for that?

In the release notes there was mention about "estates not blooming corrected" this DID NOT AFFECT those of you who happened to be in your estate when the initial growth occurred.....

I am almost 100% positive that the ones of us getting the benefit of the entire estate blooming are the ones that WERE IN THEIR ESTATES that first night when everyone else got bugged
DOES THAT MAYBE MAKE SENSE and explain the reasons why some people are getting the benefit of entire estates blooming and othes NOT???

The August 26th Release notes said to start a new toon and a new garden to see if your plants would bloom. I did that and haven't had any problems with getting mine bloomed since then. I think I deleted that new toon last Friday.

In a previous post I referred to my 'entire estate'. I meant all my toons on that account. I used my last bag of insta grow fertlizer (got a new cattalog yesterday) yesterday morning when I noticed test was back up. All 5 of my toons on that account benefitted from the fertilizer.

I always water 8 times after planting flowers and then give each tree 1 water before using the fertilizer. I've never tried it without watering as the warning on it says to make sure your flowers are watered.

I only had one main toon that could afford the fert. I bought about 4-5 bags before i got a new catt.
I pulled and planted EVERY flower on my estate with all my toons, fully watered EVERYTHING to the max, used the fert i had - and only the toon that had bought the fert had bloomed flowers and trees with a days growth.
I did this several times, always the same result - have NEVER had my entire estate bloom - EVER!
I did not make a new toon as Fat Flappy said she did.
I only bought the fert with one toon, could not afford it on my others. When i started earning jellies for one of my others to see if SHE would get the benefit, I was about 200 beans short when she got her new catt and the fert was gone....ugggggg.....
I really like the fert. as it gives the bigger toons that no longer have tasks something to work for. I feel my jellies on my two task maxed toons go to waste alot - so the fert finally gave me an insentive to earn more beans. Hope they do this more in the future - give maxed toons something to work for....
