watering today (Wednesday)

When I watered my flowers and trees today I received one point for each thing I watered, if I watered more than once I received no other credits. This was on four different toons and three different watering can sizes.
The good news is watering once per tree or flower takes considerably less time than watering each one 7 or 8 times.
After I dug up my flowers and replanted them, it again took 8 waterings for 8 points.
So if we water every day it only takes one can?

After I planted flowers today I watered each flower a different number of times to see if we can get away with less than the 8 times we have been watering new plantings. Because after we max our cans we won't want to water each newly planted item eight times if we don't need to. I'll post tomorrow what the results were for that.

I found this morning after 24hrs of growing the trees needed 4 squirts of the watering can to wet them completely (instead of the 8 when first planted) the plants always seem to need 8 squirts when first planted. and once in a while need a squirt here and there.

Thats what happend to me! i had to water them 4 times the next day, even tho I watered them 8 times the day before that.

I'm perplexed about this as I plant a flower water it once and move on... Do I have a "maxxed" watering can? Nope
Most my Toons barely got a medium can as of now-if they got that one.

8 squirts, 4 squirts - shrug for now as I have absolutely no clue what reward or bonus or penalty you get for using one squirt or 8. The downside is Dear Dear Me- I thought it was time comsuming with one squirt and a squirt b4 a fertilizer session but 8 squirts and maxxing these water cans without result i.e. laff.....
it's like maxxing gags to me
I guess... ROFL... in time, they will hit 99999 but working gags to get 99999 like I did on my first Toons..... ???????

Unless this extra watering and maxxing watering cans by working them over and over daily helps me get my Laff Point quicker, I'm gonna be killing Coggies to buy more fertilizer!

I do think maxxing watering is equivocal to maxxing a gag.
You can reach RB50 and have an unmaxxed gag so I'm thinking you can grow flowers and plants without spending
hours and hours watering to max the water can......

Who knows yet..... TESTING 1,2,3....
Just want to post my experience and doesn't appear NOT
watering affects working towards Laff. If you go away for the wekend and come back -your plants will be wilted like RL
but in TT a squirt and they good as new.....

I noticed that it seemed they needed less watering too. But the dirt didn't look as 'dark' to me either. So, I would back my toon up a few feet, then walk back up to the flower and water it again and it would need one or two more pours. It didn't do that if I stood there and watered though, I had to back up a few feet then walk up to it again, then it took more water.

at first i did it to get the next can..now i just do it so nothing dies!

I have the second watering can.
I was able to water 7 or 8 times for each flower and 5 or 6 times per tree.
All that this morning after the update, on newly planted flowers, and existing trees.

I'm just keeping my stuff watered to the "max" in case test goes down again for an extended period, and we are unable to get on to water them for a few days.

Your right, it was 799 but I have yet to check mine out...hmm...guess I will be checking it out later.
