I hope it is I mean I think it is because Disney always does unexpected things they release stuff when no one expects it.

They can move it
all the problems right now , mostly with big suits, time of battles and DA notices. If nothing else they should open Polar Pl for you guys. None of the major issues will effect any small suits right now.
