Question about Cog HQ

Ok. I've been looking and looking but I don't understand how to change your Cog suit. I'm a level 5 Short Change. Do I just wait and it does automatically or do I have to do something? Please help.

What do you mean? you have to CFO one more time, and then you will be the next cog level.

just cfo again and your suit will change if you win
