i already know this answer but my 6 year old cousin is saying that you cant be a lvl 1 cold caller and have 100-115 lps please answer this to prove him wrong -.-

You can be a level 1 Cold Caller with as many as 114 laffs now. Until recently I had two level 1 Cold Callers with 105 laffs. Those are easy to do! One hundred and fourteen requires that you become an RB-50 and get 20 trophies from GSW and catch all the fish.
