Maxxed Throw - No Squirt

Just came across a toon that looks to be working toward maxxing out throw without ever using squirt!

Has anyone maxxed either throw or squirt and left the other gag at 1 point?

Although it's possible, without Squirt you will stall at the Final Gag Track Training in DD, when you are asked to "Deliver 3 Squirt Guns to Hook’s Clock Repair (Admiral Hook) [Barnacle]". That would mean that without at least level 3 squirt, you will only have three Gag Tracks, the starting tracks plus whatever you picked in TTC.

Without Throw, you will stall at Carry 40 Gags (Medium Bag) in MM, when you are asked to "Deliver 1 Whole Cream Pie to Notations (Cleff) [Alto]".

So, although it is do-able, you can't get very far in the game if you are building a "No-Squirt" or "No-Throw" Toon.
