No, it keeps going up , and once you reach 9999 it will 100 damage.

I am still working on getting the Birthday Cake. I cant wait to get it! Just Imagine, there was a VP fight, and everybody had maxxed throw. If we all used that gag at the same time, 800 DAMAGE!!! Or somebody could use lure to make it easier, SO 700 DAMAGE!!!!!

Actually if they used lure it will make the damage go up by 50.

actually, when your in a VP fight, 4 toons fight one side of the VP, and the other 4 fight the other half, and you start throwing cream pies at the VP. I got sad when the cogs levels got to level 11. That just was extremely painful. It was harder to stay alive with toonups then hurting them.

Thats what always happened to me. Actually, I was lucky I even got in the vp at the time, no one would want to bring along a 70 something laff toon that they don't even know along... well I do now, but if that happens everyone else starts ditching...
