It all depends if you choose to work your gags in level 4/5 buildings to get them up to scratch, or just work tasks.
I chose to work gags on my smaller toon - luckily I have, and have met, some good friends along the way training their gags too so it didn't take long at all. It just makes life easier in my opinion having the same type of gags I'm used to on my bigger toon!!!

My 98 (got 10 laff yesterday woo hoo!) when he was 50 he had cream pie, 10$ bill, and hose as his best gags.
My expectation for the ubers is like 3 lvl 7s, but my expectation for a regular 50 is cream pie and hose. And what Truly Scrumtuous said on her first sentence is true, that's how they get the gags. |

Also, ever since invasions were able to be summoned, people got double gag points which also helps their gags a lot. It mostly has to do if you focus on your tasks more, or if you just wander around going in buildings.
