"20% more to Throw-Squirt lured cogs"? Just add 20 more to actual damage?

Just a question for the 20% more to Throw + Squirt when cogs are lured.
So, say the Throw's Wedding Cake does 120 Damage by itself - no organic. With the 20% extra, just add 20% more to it?

I think its 50 % more so u add 60 to 120...
