Don't level 8's need 94 and 11's 160? Correct me if I'm wrong!

Nope.
The form-u-la is each cog(Cept 12)'s Hit Points:The next higher number than the level of the cog and the next.
IE:A level 5 cog has 6x7 Hit Points so it has 42 Hit Points.

12's use to be 182 I believe. TT changed it or something, though, so now they're 200.
Nice chart btw! I hope one day that TT introduces lv.13's. If they followed the cog formula then they'd have 210, but I bet if they were to come out, it'd be somethin' more like 250-300 or so.
