HI eveyone one day i was ccging VP style, then when i was in i was killed but at the last second,someone used a special toon up thing so i got all my laff back but it counted me as dead and i was ent back 2 the playground. wats up with that??????

I'm afraid it's called a "phantom hit". It's a hit from cogs that makes you go sad, even when you have enough laff, and sends you back to the playground. It happens to me usually on the top floor of a building during the last round... just before we could win. It also comes when the toons are attacking, not the cogs. It's really a bummer and I've heard many people mention that they have reported it as a bug.

I think what he means is he was done to like 1 laff, and then the vp jumps, and the people use max TU TOW real quick and it heals but he is still in the process of going sad. And to answer this, If you were already sad sure it is possible to regain LP. But you still did lose them all, and have to go back to the playground and lose all your gags. I have tried saving many friends like this before but not quick enouph. Hope you have fun trying to vp again.

It's most likely the Phantom Hit. I get it a lot too. But for me the Cogs attack and I get like triple the damage and barely survive. And then there was this random time I was fighting the CFO and I gained all of my laff back and nobody used a unite. I was all WOW!! But then in a VP I went sad with full laff not during the cog round. In between the rounds. Oh well!! ^-^

yup. that is the Phantom Hit. it used to happen to me all the time. now i rarely ever get it. one time i was full laff (at the time i had 82 laff) and the VP jumped, i forgot to jump, but i died with full laff. it was weird.
