Where's a good place to find high-level Penny Pinchers?
Where's a good place to find high-level Penny Pinchers? I know this is kind of a lame question, but I need to defeat some, and I can't find them ANYWHERE!! The only ones I find are level 3, or 4. I need a level 6 or 7!!! And whenever I go into a DDL CB building or CB HQ there isn't any! Help please!!???

Why do you need level 6 or 7? I have done all the tasks on 5 toons, and I never had one that needed high level pinchers. I always got mine in Donalds Dock, but they are low.

There's no such thing as a Level 7 Penny Pincher...
Anyway, Minnie's Melodyland is your best bet. |
