The only two reasons I know to jump in Donald's Dreamland is for free jellybeans or to hold open a spot in the invasion district since you get double merits/cogbucks/jury notices during an invasion.

When you fight the CFO and win, you get unite phrases. Sometimes, you will get a unite phrase that gives out jellybeans. The jumpers are hoping a toon with a unite phrase will come by and use a unite phrase that will give them some jellybeans. Which, they often do.
