District help

Now that Disney changed the thing that shows the amount on toons on a specific district I cant tell which ones have alot of ppl so can someone tell me which 2 districts have the highest traffic of toons plz

Well today it was Kookyboro and Kookytown. Although it could change.

How districts get start is which district goes "green light" first then all the toons switch to that district and so that becomes the full one but Kookyboro and Kookytown are the ones that should be full always. Tell your firends they probably dont know

Yeah it changes! You just have to look for the busy district by going to all the ideal. Or when u see a red district try it when it turns green! Today it is Nutty Hills!
