I am not wanting to cause a rift, but I just want to say that I do not enjoy shopping anymore. It was great until this split occured and now I can't ever find anyone to shop with. It seems like all the regulars have formed a private group to shop for wavers, and gone to a priate district. And unless you are true friends with them, you are stuck waiting hours for a few others to show up in bouncytown. At this rate I'd be able to complete about one vp every day with the TCB, when before I was able to complete several.

This stinks. The other day I waited and waited and waited for a group. I gave up and did some fishing. Came back the next day and waited and waited some more. Gave up.

I miss the old vp's. I'd do anything to get it back. Unfortunately that isn't going to happen now that the main bulk of the group have organized a way to get what they want. This just isn't working for me anymore. I want to SOS shop and everyone left to go who-knows-where. Unless you are a groupie you are pretty much left out on your bum.

Edited because I read it again and it sounds like I am merely wanting to complain. I'm not wanting to whine and complain, just wishing for a way to bring back the good ol' days.

Mostly maxed players sos shop, right? Why do they sos shop? Because they have nothing else to accomplish. Since Chip n' Dales new playground came out, thats where they went. The two cfo leaders toons will take a month off or so to max the golf course once it hits open. This guild was to entertain them while they wait. It's just like LBHQ came on open.

I didn't realize this guild was built to "entertain" the two leaders of the clan until the new playground was released. That's pretty sad and I feel a bit slighted.

And you are wrong, at least from my standpoint. I have two maxed toons in sell, one toon maxed in all but one fish. I do not shop because I "have nothing else to accomplish". I shoped so I could get good SOS toons for battles. Sure when Chip N Dales comes to open and boss hq, I planned to shop less but the purpose hasn't been just for my entertainment until then.

Would have been nice had we had warning this was a seasonal club before all the hype was brought about.

Did you realize that it is Wednesday? CFO Marathon was today, maybe everyone in TCB went there? Just a thought... Also there are run times for the SOS Shopping. It doesn't say that the TCB shops daily. Just so happens that people want to shop daily. Don't complain about people not being at VP when they aren't suppose to be there.

Well Carmen, I agree with you. I haven't even tried to shop in a couple weeks since many shoppers decided they were going to shop for wavers and ditch the rest of us.

I still wish everyone would try and work together on this. There were some VERY reasonable solutions offered. Either everyone stay for daffy and wavers and add them to the official cards (which I was perfectly willing to go with), or do the Saturday wavers thing and sunday daffy.

I miss shopping. I miss my shopping buddies. I miss a couple toons who always made me laugh and I was always so glad to see. I miss it all but feel unwanted there, so I haven't even tried.

Vick is right. Today is the marathon and it is always slow shopping on marathon days, but that doesn't explain the other days.

Originally the runs times were only 3 times per week. People were SOS shopping a lot more than that, but they were not scheduled runs. You really should post if you are there and waiting for a group. I, like you, tend to just run over there and stand around for a few minutes (usually 5). If toons show up, I shop. If they don't, I just go do something else. I usuallly don't post that I am there because I am not willing to wait longer than 5 minutes. However, if you don't mind waiting, you can post that you are there and hopefully more people will show up.

I think most of the old shoppers have just shopped themselves to death already...they shopped so much and now they're so bored of it. lol

I know there's a group in a private district since I occasionally have a friend or 2 over there, but most of the people I've seen there are people I don't think I ever even saw in Bouncytown. I don't know them anyways...I miss shopping with all my old buddies.

Don't forget mini golf is out on test now so alot of people are over there. School is also starting back up. I have a few friends who started last week and for me classes start on Monday...not much time to play anymore.. My list has been emptier lately so I assume that's partly why.

I wouldn't mind some more all night shopping sprees like we used to do. Just like old times

Where did this come from, hehe. What I said was, I'll be taking a break from TCB when mini golf comes to max my 4 toons. Events will still occur though, but it may be dead for a month. I think I may have said something about a month off, but not seriously. I could max golf in 3 days, and work my other 3 toons slowly.

We never were part of this to entertain ourselves out of bordem. We made The CFO Leaders to have an entertaining way of gaining unites for Solo's and for the upcoming Boss HQs. We knew a lot of our friends wanted the same thing, and thought it would be a nice idea and to give it a chance. We did not do this at all to use people for our enjoyment, as it sounded.

Mcbee, I know what your saying and SOS shopping has been dead latley. I tried the other day and didn't get a run in either. Maybe since it's slow we should just bring that to 1 day a week running all day long like the CFO marathons. Then when it starts getting populated, bring it back.

I didn't say that I'm not taking a break from the TCB once golf comes out... but the TCB will be pretty "dead" once it does come out. the TCB has mostly maxed toon, once golf hits open all of the maxed toons will probably go golf, leaving not many toons SOS shopping or CFOing.

I know how you feel though McBee. A lot of people collect Wavers so they just decide to make their own team, and we can't do anything about it.

Sorry, I meant "This guild was created to entertain maxed toons" not just the leaders If you are maxed in everything, why wouldn't you go golfing when it comes on open, right? Thats what I'm trying to say.

The problem is still the same one we have had since it was ordered to not stay for wavers. The shoppers that shop everyday and gave many single toons a chance to join, now can't shop in bouncytown per the groups rules. Look at the top toons each day they are mostly shoppers, and i see jon got 207 total in vp for the month. So there is still alot of shoppers they just cant shop bouncytown anymore to stay within the TCB guidelines.......maybe the leaders are tired of the shopping anyway from some of the posts ive read this week......later Bob

Which is why I said SO many times, majority rules and I really think wavers should be added to the cards we stay for EVEN if I do not collect her.

I would love to see people agree to stay for daffy too, but if TCB is dying without people being allowed to stay for wavers then whats the point?

Let me ask you this Bob, if the leaders agreed to allow the guild to stay for wavers would you guys come back and shop with the guild? Just curious.

i wont quote who said that but what a way to make non maxxed toons feel unwelcome!

sos shopping has taken a deep dive, yeah maybe its not the day to sos shop according to the times but that never mattered before, everyone just did it, take a look at the run times history.. and what does the cfo leaders taking a break for a few days to max golfing have anything to do with sos shopping? and thats the future not the current problem, they also dont have to be there for people to vp.. i also think something else should be done to spice vp up a little, like i said before being a member of the sos shopping division only obligates you to post. some people quit sos shopping because it got boring, and others switched to private groups( which is just the problem it would have been if the tcb decided to form diff dist for diff sos cards) so we got this seperation problem anyway. i think we should shop for all nine and make most people happy but theres already been this seperation it will probably be hard to get it all together again..unless we get cool corny electrofoot blak (or nacho average pig hes my favorite) and loopy goopy zooblefingers to shop for a few days they seem to draw a crowd..LOL..
anyway ill run with u mcbee just tell me ive been doing regular runs for sos cards i dont need cuz its fun helping the little toons that dont know what there doing.. i sure learned a lot from the sos shoppers but its fun to go with toons you know more than hee hee.
