Technical problem with the VP during a TCB run

A few minutes ago while defeat the VP on the TCB run.There was an interesting glitch with the VP.First,someone went up to the VP backside while it was open and look what happened to the VP

3 quarters of the way down,the VP had it's backside door open the whole time while the VP was dizzy.

That is interesting. Would be nice if it could be done all the time. We should look into trying to repeat this glitch. It would make VPs much faster!

Yeah, that's happened a few times. Today, that happened as the Vp was going up the ramp for the skelecog round. Once it was stunned from the back though, the flap closed unfortunently. I agree, it would be so great if we can somehow use the glitch all the time.

Can you please explain to me step by step on what happened? I will look into trying to repeat this glitch and if we get it to work, maybe incorporate it into all of our runs so that we can get in and get out very quickly (More SOS Cards!!!).

Well,it was at the beginning of the pie round.
We aimed pies at the backside.
I was on the ramp and I hit the VP with a pie
But there was another toon not on the ramp hitting pies into the backside of the VP

If that happened, it looks like it might just be a bug. I'll try it out for myself. Thanks for telling us.

I've never had it happen to myself, but 3 of my friends had it happen to them when I was them (fastest pie round ever)

I too have experienced this and it's always the quickest run when this happens. I'm not certain what causes this but I can't complain.

If we figure out a way to always get this to work, pie rounds would last about 30 seconds and it would be awesome for the speed of the guild.

Does anyone have any idea how this could have happened? Did someone from the front run into the VP at the same exact time someone pied him from behind? Did 2 pies just happen to hit the same exact spot at the same time? It would be great if we could troubleshoot this and try some stuff to get it figured out.

technically,the VP only opens 1 door at a time.
and the other thing you said,tried it,didn't work.

I never said anything about 2 doors opening under him and yes I know that only one door opens at any point in time. What I'm talking about is if someone accidentally ran into him (not pied him) in the front while trying to get into position for close up stunning. It could have been that someone ran into him from the front at the same time a pie from the back went in.

It can't be that because whenever my friends had it happen to them, they saw the undercarrage already staying open during the skelecog battle. So it has something to do with before the pie round even starts...
