Did you just come out of moderation? That my be the case. Normally, all Registered users get 21 as their deafault private message limit.

I have always held 21 since I joined the website.
But, my accout is still in moderation.

If that's the case, then I'm not really sure. I've never heard this be brought up, but overall it's nothing to worry about.

I've had 21 ever since I joined TTC. IDK why it's that some have 20 PMs and some have 20.

Thanks for reporting this. Most users should have 21 as default. Mods, donators, etc have more. Found the bug and corrected the problem.
