What are they?

On everyone's profile, near the bottom, it says Referrals: (number). I'm just wondering...what does it mean?

Yeah. When someone signs up to this site, they can add a user's name in there to say that they referred them to Toontown Central.

Friend: OK
*They join TTC*
While joining there is a box that prettymuch says "Who told you about TTC"
Your friend enters in your screen name
They finish registering and join TTC
Your reputation count goes up by 1
