I would really like to know when I'm blocked or not, because I sent a prudent PM to a guild leader, and I'm still unreplied to.

What do you mean by "blocked?" Do you mean blocked out of a usergroup? If you mean a clan, etc. then you did the right thing by PMing the leader(s). Make sure you fit all of the catagories when you are trying to join, if that's where you are. If the clan has multiple leaders, like CCG, try PMing a few of them, if you get no response.

It was a misunderstanding why I got...wait, hold on. Let's not talk about that. :]

I mean being "ignored" in general.
Either that or she's just not on anymore.
