Go to the TTC homepage, and under the 'Latest Paid Subscriptions' is Live chat. It is Live Toon Chat.

When it says enter your nickname, they are saying to enter your username.

Yeah, like they've said, if you want the Toontown Central chatroom, you can find it on the homepage, under "Last Paid Subscriptions."
