Can someone explain to me what this means?

It happens when I try to post in some threads, and from what I can see neither option 1 or 2 has anything to do with what I'm doing. I don't see why it won't let me post. I can retry the post a million times, but I keep getting the same response.

I've got it a few times in the past month or so, and I don't understand why it keeps happening... If anyone could let me know why it's happening, and what I can do to fix it, I'd appreciate it.

That has happened to me in the past. It always turns out the that thread either becomes locked or it is being removed. You are probably trying to post during the time that a Mod/Admin is trying to work on it. If you check back later, the whole thread will probably be gone.

Hmm. I guess that's possible, but the thread I was trying to post in didn't have any flaming in it at all, and has absolutely no reason to be closed from my recollection. And, if I'm remembering correctly, I've actually got this message in a thread that was there for a couple of days, and I still couldn't post in it, even days later.

There are also people still posting in that thread, even after I couldn't, so I don't think this is the problem.

Which sections in particular are you trying to access? Some do require more privalages or may need to add to your group list.

If however you are trying to post in a thread you know to open and free access like playground, then cud be problem with your account it if continues for significant amount of time.

You may want to move this to site info section of forum, as you may get a Mod or Admin response more quickly, however you shud get help you want eventually i'm sure.

Ohhh ok. That actually was the problem. I was trying to post in a test-town territory thread, and I don't have a test account... Guess I'm not postin' in that thread =/

Yes that is frustrating at times like this when somthing big is on test and being discussed their forum, and you want to add your point but can't.

If you think your point view is good, you cud try in another section and start your own thread, if you're lucky you may get a new discussion going.

There are a few BossHQ threads in main section of Cog Headquaters part of forums, Boss Section of course is not open for posts yet

To post in the Test forum, just go to your User Control Panel (User CP), scroll down on the left, under Miscallaneous, you'll see Group Memberships, find TesterToon and add yourself by checking the circle. I think you have to be approved so it might be a wait... and hopefully you will be approved..

I think they removed that,you might have to PM a mod or someone to get accepted.

I tried it, but they didn't have the test-town territory group there.

Anyone who has a test account and plays in test can join. You just have to PM one of the Mods for that area and they will add you.

Test Town main area is only open for posting to people with a Test account. This helps to keep the spam and constantly asked "how do i get a test account?" type posts to a minimum, and enables people to actually find relevant information on new content.

There is a Test Questions subforum that everyone can post in and you will usually get a response to a question or post fairly quickly.

If you glance through some of the threads in Cog HQ regarding BBHQ, you'll find a lot of information from both Testers and non Testers.

Yeah, I kinda figured that, but, unfortunatly, I don't have a test account... Well, not one that I know of, lol. I signed up for test like 3 years ago; and when I asked live chat why I didn't get accepted to a test account yet, they told me I already had one...
