Are you asking?

How you would do this to see the text when it's highlighted?

If you are then that is the easiest one as you just make the foreground and background colors the same. IE the off yellow color of the default skin of the site but since we have new skins this may be harder to do now and the preferred method would with be the spoiler option now.

EDIT: Tested with other skins and I was correct. Then new skins show the text as each have a different background color on posts.
