Go to User CP and go to Edit Profile.Then fill out all that good stuff .Don't ask me wut that pic box is on the right, I dunno either 0.o.(If that's wut ur asking, if your talking about the OTHER one, I have no idea, I wanna :|.)

He means those user pages on the front, I think. You have to have a subscription to TTC to be able to make a page.
