Question on the "Games" forum

To a Moderator or Administrator who has time to answer this, it would be nice to know. It's been bugging me awhile.

Anyhoo, as you know there is a "Downloads" forum. From what I understand from talking with some moderators, (Ok, maybe 1) he/she (Don't want to name, just in case) said that when we're linking to a hosting site, we're not sure if it's G-rated or not. Even if it DOES get approved, we cannot give out games because of malicious software creased inside for protection and we mainly need to give out the main things: Music and pictures.

So, if we're not allowed to supposubley (Can't spell right ) give out games in any way, why is there a "Games" section in the download?

(Oh, and if I'm incorrect about the info on not allowed to give out games, then please do tell. Your looking at a horrible listener. )
