Reputation,Rep for short is a system that was suppose to help the Mods figure out who has good behavior and who doesn't.

Rep Points:You see how many Rep points you have inside your User Cp which is the button with the Safe on it, above the other links.Users can Increase or Decrease other users posts depending on if they Agree or like the post or if they disagree or dislike the post.To do this click on the silver scale in the right corner of the users post then either choose, Approve post which will increase the users Rep points or Disapprove post which will lower the user Rep points.


Rep Power:Can be seen either right when you log on to TTC or if you click on the Home button.Depending on how much Rep power you have determines how much Rep points you decrease or increase toward another user.

Ex:Say I have 30 Rep Points, and the other user has 2 Rep Power and he/she decreases my Rep I will then have 28 Rep Points.
Ex:Say I have 40 Points, and the other user has 3 Rep Power and he/she increases my Rep I will have 43 Rep Points.

The Following 3 Ways can earn you Rep Power.

1.Be a member on TTC for a year.
2.Every 500 Posts.
3.Every time you get a Jellybean
Note:You start with one Rep Power

The Symbols under your Posts: Everytime you get a new Jellybean it shows good behavior. For every Red Jellybean you have in shows not so good behavior.

Blue Jellybean <--- This means Your Rep is Disabled but users can still increase and decrease your Rep you can only see it in your user Cp though.

Green Jellybean <--- this shows good behavior and your posts are helpful and your good to have on this site.


Red Jellybean <--- This means your Rep is not so good and that you should be more polite when you post.



The following shows the amount of points needed to have each Symbol.


1-49 Pts- JB Is Following the Merry Melody
50-99 Pts-JB Will have Their Own Cartoon
100-149 Pts-JB+JB- Will Have Their Own Cartoon
150-199 Pts-JB+JB- Has a Toony Glow
200-249 Pts JB+JB+JB- Has A Toony Glow
250-299 Pts-JB+JB+JB- Has the Heart of Pluto
300-349 Pts-JB+JB+JB+JB- Has The Heart Of Pluto
350-399 Pts-JB+JB+JB+JB- Is ooo!
400-449 Pts-JB+JB+JB+JB+JB- Is ooo!
450-499 Pts-JB+JB+JB+JB+JB- Is Famous in TT
500-549 Pts-JB+JB+JB+JB+JB+JB- Is Famous in TT
550-599 Pts-JB+JB+JB+JB+JB+JB- Is a Beacon of Tooniness
600-649 Pts-JB+JB+JB+JB+JB+JB+JB-Is a Beacon of Tooniness
650-699 Pts-JB+JB+JB+JB+JB+JB+JB- Glows with Inner Tooniness
700-749 Pts-JB+JB+JB+JB+JB+JB+JB+JB- Glows with Inner Tooniness


0-4 Pts- Red Jellybean Is Just a Toon
-1 to-10- Red Jellybean Is Apprentice of LOM
-11 to-50 Red Jellybean Has Been seen Cavorting with Cogs

My Rep gets lowered for the wrong reasons what do I do? This is very common.If ppl lower your Rep for no reason its either because they are a mean person or they have nothing better to do or for a simple reason,they don't like you personally.An easy way to deal with this would be Disable your Rep or if it gets out of hand Pm a Mod an they will straighten it out.On the other hand ppl may think they are getting lowered for no reason when they don't realize they may be doing somthing wrong.

How do I Disable my Rep?

1)Go To User Cp

2) Click Edit Options.

3) Where it says Show My Reputation Level, click the green check so it goes away.

4) Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.



Reputation System Misuse" - The Reputation system allows our members to leave comments about one anothers' posts, and thereby contribute to their overall 'reputation'. The following uses of the Reputation System on this site are not allowed:

Reputation Fraud: Creating multiple accounts to give negative or positive reputation to other members or your own account. Soliciting other members/friends to give mass negative or positive repuation to your account or another user's account is also fraud.

Reputation Harassment: Purposely giving negative reputation to a user because of personal dislikes of the user or retaliation towards a user. This also includes soliciting other members to gang up on another user to give that user negative reputation.

Reputation Comments: Giving personal information through reputation comments or trolling/flaming. Our policies still apply for reputation comments and will be dealt with the same as if their comments were PMed to a user. If you obtain any reputation comments that violate any of our policies, then you should contact a mod about this immediately.

Reputation Begging: The act of requesting reputation from other users is called reputation begging. This also includes Signatures, Titles, PM's, posts containing requests or encouragement to give you or another user positive or negative reputation points.

Reputation Bribery: The act of requesting reputation in trade for something is called reputation bribery.

Reputation Trolling: The act of complaining about being dereped for little or no reason or acts of telling people to falsely derep them about their posts is called Reputation Trolling.

Reputation Pity: The act of posting sad comments about their reputation so other users feel sorry for them so that they will give them reputations is called pity reputation.

Hope this helps ppl who don't understand Rep.

Great thread! I love it! So much effort, and answered a lot. (I told explained that in the rep.) But there's a little problem. I'll post what the negative rep is instead of typing it.

Im wondering if their is a 4th way to get Rep power if a Mod/Admin would know because I had 5 Rep Power I just logged on an saw I had 6 Rep Power How? I didn't get another 500 post I already got the one from being here a year an I didn't get a mickey head so whats the deal?
