all i want to know wut a referral is....some ppl have 1,2,3 and one person i saw had 5...are they bad or good

When someone signs up to the Toontown Central forums, he/she has the option to "Thank" to someone for showing him/her to the forum. That's a referall. They tell you how many people they've led to the forum.
