How can I get help with account activation

My son wanted his own account, so we signed him up. His logon works, but he can't edit his profile or post on the forums. He gets a message that "you do not have permission to access this page"

I received an email in my mailbox telling me that I needed to send in a form found at http://www.toontowncentral.com/forum...do=editprofile but I can't see such a form logged in as me, and can't see the page logged in as him.

Obviously this works great for other people, so I'm doing something foolish. What do I need to do to get some help on this? I tried sending a note to the contactus@toontowncentral.com ID last Friday, but no feedback as yet.

TIA

There should be a link in the E-mail that has been sent to the address you registered your son with. That link should immediately activate his account so he can post.

He checked his email address and didn't see anything there. Nothing there now, and I can't think why he would have deleted it.

I suggest creating a new account with a different e-mail address. Just make sure that e-mail doesn't get deleted.
