It still seems as Advertising. I'm guessing putting a link in your profile is ok, 'cuz I think you can disable it. TTC didn't so it must be ok. But the title thing seems wrong.

It's where you are SUPPOSED to put YOUR site, as long as it's G Rated. So it's not necessarily advertising, since some people will not see it. However, posting it in the open means ALOT of people will see it, that is why you need to put it in your home page.

It's not advertising. The rules say you can't advertise IN A POST, and it is not part of your post. It is just your user title. (Actually, it kind of is part of your post.)

No, you can't put in your user tiltle, because then everyone (including guests) could see it. But in your profile where it asks for your homepage, yes, you can but it there.

Yeah, that's what I was asking. Everyone else thought the homepage in your Profile. But I see like tons of people with titles like, "Veiw my Homepage!" or "Link in Profile". Shouldn't Mods edit this, or disable it for some users? Or put on filters to filter things like "Link", "Homepage", "Address", "Webpage", or even "Profile"?

Oh, I am sorry, I thought you meant something else. No, it is not against the rules because you are not giving a direct link. Example go here---><Insert site here>. You are just directing them to the homepage, which is just like posting. Also, not everyone sees that. The reason it's a rule to actually post the link, is because almost everyone could see it, and could go there. Therefore, direct links aren't aloud. If this is still wrong I am sorry, though I think this is right.
