I have played toontown for more than a year and really know how to play it. I have the time to do the "Mod Bootcamp" And could do the e-mail test. I have the time to look after these threads and will enforce the rules the best I can. I have never had a post deleted or edited and never been banned. Thank You

Good job! First of all, asking will really reduce your changes, and cut it more than a half, more like 3/4.

Both of you fairly haven't been here for the qualifications of being a mod, and I've never really seen you even help here.

Many memebers haven't had posts deleted or edited. Wow! How amazing.. no offense..

But yeah, I don't think you two actually "qualify" to be a mod, especially how you just shortened your chances.

Nick or someone else is the only way you can hope to be a mod, if you ask, it will show your "desperation" to be one.

No offense, but yeah, too many members beg to be one, showing annoyance to some mods..

Just my opinion, and 2c. Please don't kill or flame me now. :P

I don't see your point in wanting to be a Mod lol. You don't get paid. and their are plenty of them. I'd say you should wait for them to look for new users to be a Mod then make a thread asking to be one when they don't need any lol.

You don't need to be a Mod to help people. So if you're interested in helping just help with the website lol. You won't have power but you do get the sense of pride that you're helping people out or somthing like that. O.o

Just because you ask doesn't mean that you will get a moderator position here...or that you SHOULD get a moderator position. And I wouldn't say ASKING decreases your chances. I'd say BEGGING decreases your chances drastically, especially after we've said no.

I tell people the moderator positions are basically a "don't call us, we'll call you" type of system, meaning that if you want to be a moderator, you're better off just waiting until -rcv- either asks you or if Nick says he needs more and to apply.

Mod Bootcamp WAS a joke, too. LOL. So was the e-mail test. I think what people are saying is true...there are tons of people who have been playing OVER a year, have time to moderator and have never broken any guidelines. If you stand out on the boards, we'll likely notice, whether it's good or bad behavior.
