Should there be a rule?

Should they have a rule in ttc?: Do not brag about you know when hq is, or even if you know it's comming plz keep it to yourself, and dont talk about your friend knows or your relative or your friend's relative works for tt about when hq is going to come out or how it will look like FOR SURE.

You may want to try 20-30.

I believe this year, all the whining threads that CHQ isn't on Open will be clumped into one giant thread. Last year was a nightmare for mods.
