Everyone stop with the off topic

Some people have been posting off topic on some forums like in the playground, stories, Cog Hq, etc. Heres an example.

1st person: Did you see a dev on test or open?
2nd person: Oh, go to my new website I made!

The 2nd person replied with something off topic. Also, some people have been placing threads in the wrong forum. Pretend someone whos a newbie on these forums puts a thread in artwork instead of the playground. Heres an example.

1st person: Whats the highest laff you can reach?
2nd person: Why is this in Artwork?

Happens to noobies on these forums a lot. Whos with me?

While we expect that some topics will stray a bit, if it completely hijacks the thread and/or disrupts the flow, those posts will either be removed or split into it's own thread.

yep noobs are indeed everywhere.. some people don't understand how to use forums but there are mods to correct where they place their threads and to remove any nonsense so i wouldn't worry about it Ricky.
