Waaaaa... I can't post in the test terortarry or downloads section! WHY???

Test Town Territory is restricted to test members only, due to the number of threads complaing about not being on test, asking to be on test, or complaining that test feature weren't on open.

Downloads section is, I believe, so we don't get people posting dangerous files in there.

Some suggestions:

1. See the other posts in this thread.

2. Wait for me to come around and read posts before PMing me.

I can't exactly stare at this screen all day, so posting AND PMing me is just kinda annoying =/.
