Either one of two ways:

1) Create a new thread & below where you type your message is an option that says Add a Poll.

2) Click at the top of your thread & push Thread Tools & then click Add A Poll. But I believe you can only add a poll to YOUR threads, not anyone else's.

so you mean that i can make a poll,but just on my poll topics,thanks!,but,there's one problem,when i cklicked on the (submit thread) button,it brang me to the "polls" fourm,and i didn't see my poll submitted

Try reading the notice after you hit submit. Polls have to be *approved*.
