Weird Problem with forums

About a week ago, the forums started acting differently for me.

Before, when I'd read a thread, it would "unhighlight" like email does when you read it. I could keep track of what I'd read and what I hadn't.

The last week or so though, it's been ...weird.

I'll click on "New Posts" to read the latest. The threads I read don't unhighlight, but other ones randomly do even though I haven't gotten to them yet. Even thread "newer" than ones I've read.

A few times I've read a few threads, and refreshed the list by clicking on "New Posts" again... and all the posts are gone. Nothing to read, nothing there, no results. When I click back, some of the posts that WERE there are less than an hour old, and are now marked read and un-new.

I could understand it if it was a significant amount of time between refreshes, but I'm talking a span of 2-3 minutes here.
