That is done using the Marquee HTML tag and would require allowing HTML code activation here.
That won't be happening, I'm sure.

I was assuming that the site itself had a global marquee for the sigs since they all scroll did not look to see if html was turned on for users.

I asked Bubbles about this, and she said that viruses could be hidden in the posts if HTML was turned on.
