Imagine being nibbled to death by ducks and that pretty much describes it.

I would say you should imagine having yourself trapped in by bricks, and then being encased in concrete for a couple days with one airhole and some breadcrumbs. Thats the way I feel at my site and my sub-forum at POF anyways. ^^ |

I imagine it's very hard. I've had a bit of experience, while hosting my own site for about a month, with around 40 members. Though, TTC, with it's over 1,000+ members, it's pretty hard to maintain. The mods get it done though. Everyone should really be thanking them. It takes a lot of hard work.

Admin= even worse than being mod.
I once talked to Batleth on IRC and I asked him, "What's the difference between being a mod and an admin?" And he replied, "Admin= more headaches." Lol. Boy was he right =\ I'm the owner of one site and just managing it makes me frustrated lol. LOL Rattlebones. That pretty much sums it up xD -SCP- |

I'm a Mod, Admin at Various sites, used to be a owner of VB, if you have a very big forum it gets harder, theres a edit button on everyones post, for supermods and Admins, for mod's just for the people that have posted in the Forum that they are mod's of. and under the Thread options, there is the option to "Close Thread" "Sticky Thread" "Move Thread" "Merge Thread" etc etc. and then at the bottom of the page is a option to "Go to Mod Cap"
