Yes, we can. There is that botton with the ! and there you can. On the top right corner.

You can report things that are off-topic. I think the idea in the wording is to prevent people from abusing the report post button with things that shouldn't be reported. For instance, we do not want you to report posts for poor grammar or spelling.

Because if we listed every single thing you can report posts for, it would take a while to read.

Just use good judgment. Check out the site rules before reporting a post.
